In Executive/Individual Assessment, we take a deeper look at a candidate’s leadership skills, managerial skills, emotional intelligence skills, and intrapersonal abilities that are either assisting or inhibiting growth. We also scrutinize tendencies that negatively influence the candidate’s growth, thereby helping to avoid possible disasters for individuals and organizations.
We use both quantitative and qualitative methodologies in the assessment process to gain an accurate understanding of the candidate’s capabilities. Quantitative methods include scales for assessing personality, emotional intelligence, values, cognitive ability, and motivation. We also gather observational data through qualitative methods and utilize structured interviews, case studies, and business simulations.
We provide individual feedback through extensive analysis of the assessments. Strengths and development opportunities are provided in a confidential report at the end of the session.
