Executive Assessment /Individual Assessments

In Executive/Individual Assessment, we take a deeper look at a candidate’s leadership skills, managerial skills, emotional intelligence skills, and intrapersonal abilities that are either assisting or inhibiting growth. We also scrutinize tendencies that negatively influence the candidate’s growth, thereby helping to avoid possible disasters for individuals and organizations.

We use both quantitative and qualitative methodologies in the assessment process to gain an accurate understanding of the candidate’s capabilities. Quantitative methods include scales for assessing personality, emotional intelligence, values, cognitive ability, and motivation. We also gather observational data through qualitative methods and utilize structured interviews, case studies, and business simulations.

We provide individual feedback through extensive analysis of the assessments. Strengths and development opportunities are provided in a confidential report at the end of the session.

Multi-perspective Diagnostics (360°- Feedback)

The goal of Multi-perspective Diagnostics (360° Feedback) is to improve the performance and productivity of leaders/management in the workplace. To assess individual leaders we collect work performance data from various sources, including managers, peers, subordinates, consumers, and the candidates themselves. Data from various sources provide a balanced view of the overall analysis and are useful in bringing about sustainable changes in individuals. Multi-perspective Diagnostics (360° Feedback) allows us to look at the specific behaviors that are exhibited in the workplace and identify areas for development. The existing evidence suggests that 360° Feedback is vital to enhancing leaders’ performance in the workplace and is useful for facilitating a transformational change.

Wellbeing and Therapy

Building employees’ well-being is central to developing an individual’s psychological strength to achieve high performance in the workplace. Managerial practices often produce diverse and unanticipated outcomes for employees’ well-being. We provide individual coaching and psychotherapy to identify and deal with the areas that are blocking individual potential. Some of our consultants are accredited to provide psychological counseling and psychotherapy services to people in the workplace.

Career Assessment and Development

Identifying and understanding one’s own personality, values and skills is particularly important in helping to plan a career path and/or job match. Therefore, we take a deeper look and assess traits, personal and professional values, and abilities that influence career choice. Our assessments can help to identify individual personality traits and behavior patterns that block career success. We provide guidance in choosing a suitable job and possible ways to excel in one’s career. Managing a career requires a series of decisions rather than a one-time decision. We will also be available to provide ongoing coaching.

The children at the Academy are from poverty-stricken families, and many have suffered the death of one or both parents.
